Review for Wass Ethiopian Restaurant Wass is an absolute gem in Hamilton! The food was incredibly delicious and bursting with authentic Ethiopian flavors. The atmosphere truly captures the warm and vibrant essence of Habesha culture, making the dining experience feel both comforting and immersive. We even met an older Italian couple in their 70's from Niagara on the Lake that frequent the restaurant. Service was top-notch, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. And the coffee? Absolutely amazing. It was rich, bold, and the perfect end to the meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience a true taste of Ethiopia in Hamilton!

Our group, Love to Eat Dundas, went to Wass on Friday evening 6:30pm. What a great evening!! Younis the owner, described the food and ingredients and offered medium, mild and hot seasonings. We had drinks and the food was superb. Two of the members had birthdays and they were presented with a white chocolate birthday cake.We were there for over four hours and had a great time. We had a side room so didn’t bother the other patrons.

The food is absolutely phenomenal here! Every time I leave this place, I leave it regretting my inability to eat more Aside from that, most times we come here, we manage to ease drop on some hot gossip from a neighbouring table, so we get dinner and a show!!! It's awesome

Great place. I haven't tried Ethiopian before and it was amazing. We got the #24 combo which came with 2 lamb with veggie combo. It has so many different flavours and slices. The Ingera bread was like nothing I've tried before The Lamb Alicha was my favourite.
